Krishi Vigyan Kendra, Reddipalli, Anantapur is sponsored scheme of ICAR, functioning from 1983, under the control of Acharya N.G. Ranga Agricultural University, Hyderabad, Andhra Pradesh. Since then the KVK is serving as a nerve centre for training of Farmers, Farm Women, Rural Youth and Extension Functionaries in Crop Production, Crop protection, Horticulture, Extension Education, Animal Husbandry, Agricultural Engineering, Home Science.

Location : KVK, Reddipalli, Anantapur is situated 10 km away from the district head quarters  on Anantapur to Tadipatri highway.  

Operational Area

Based on Argo–Climatic conditions, the district falls in Scare Rainfall Zone of Andhra Pradesh. The district had been divided in to three Revenue Divisions consisting of 31 Revenue Mandals.
